The training agenda is primarily established through a formal project initiation phase. Real life operational scenarios are simulated to reinforce training. Each department undergoes separate training specific to their area of operations, with overall training being provided to the IT manager or a project coordinator selected by the client.

We recommend training overviews on a regular basis to ensure that all personnel have thoroughly understood the system. To further ensure that all users are able to confidently handle daily transactions, we also provide online user manuals that can be circulated module wise and task wise.

We also provide comprehensive training to selected members of your staff, through our “Train the trainer” program, enabling them to tutor new employees as and when required.
