The project team for every installation is comprised of personnel drawn from both IDS and our client. The original project objectives are kept clearly in sight at all times, with all changes requiring authorization by the project steering committee.

While implementation is underway, our technical experts frequently conceive fresh ideas that would strategically improve our client’s investment. All such potentialities are documented and logged for inclusion in the Post Implementation Review. In this way, we ensure that implementation proceeds according to the pre-determined time-lines, while building in leeway for innovation.
